We Care Crusade

This is the week of the annual We Care Program Prison Crusade - where volunteers from all over come together and go into the prisons to share Christ with inmates. You can read more about it here.

Many, many thanks to all of the volunteers for giving of their valuable vacation time to reach the hearts of those in prison. It truly is a blessing to John and I to have you here. Thank you!

May the Lord bless each of you for coming!

The whole gang.

The whole gang - goofy!

The added bonus of them coming up for a quick visit and prayer - we got to see John! This week is special and he is gone for very long days so the kids don't usually get to see him and I barely do. We love you, honey!

Oh, and notice that a lot of them are in short sleeves - it is a gorgeous day today. Almost 70 and sunny. Don't be too jealous, it is supposed to rain tomorrow.

  2. What a wonderful blog entry. I have a heart for prison ministries and would love to donate my Bible study "Draw Me Near" to any inmates interested. If you ever know of such a need let me know.

    Many blessings to you!
