Sounds and sights ...

"No, Savannah, I don't think we are going to be able to get a puppy for your birthday or for Christmas"

Meet "Buddy" - aka PAL (note: this is the morning after we found him, so he is still pretty skinny)

We are still not sure what exactly to do with him ... and he is not technically a "puppy", right? We did take him to the vet today to see if he has a microchip and he does not. Also, I was wrong in thinking he was a bagel - the vet said he is only beagle.

Sympathy from my family? Nope! Teresa said, "you had better get that house done soon, so that you have a place to live!". The camper seems to be going to the dogs.

"I don't think we really need a tree inside this year, do we?"

Outvoted 3-1 - at least is a little step up from our Charlie Brown tree of last Christmas.

Well, could you resist this face? (either of them)

Aren't the lights on the house absolutely lovely! My husband put ours up without any nagging - bet you wish you could say that!

As promised - Clampett camper.

I think she is embarassed that I showed you that picture :)

Blessings!

  3. LOVE the pictures!!!!....You guys have made your place look very "festive." :) I emailed the picture of the Beagle to Rob and here's how the conversation went..

Me: Shirley found this dog and they’ve tried to find out who it belongs too. It’s a beagle. Oh, I bet you’d like it….It has beautiful coloring and a sweet face.

Rob: very cute... can we have the dog if they cant find the owner?????

Me: No…..how would they even get it to us for one? I guess it would have to fly on a plane?

    Rob: road trip... LOL...

I'm sure there will be more conversation to follow, but thought I'd just share that with you...

  4. The beagle is so cute!!! I can't let Brian see it or he'll say we'll take it.

Also,I love your Charlie Brown tree. It won't seem like Christmas if you didn't at least have a little tree.
