Although life has currently been all about Hadden’s baseball, I don’t want to overlook our girl. To her credit, she has very patiently endured many hours at the practice field and game field watching her brother play! She does have soccer camp coming up in a couple of weeks, so she will have something fun to do, also. She is also looking forward to summer camp next month.
She does very well in school – we just got her standard test results back and were very pleased with the results. She’s kind and giving to her friends and even occasionally to her brother :) She is very bossy towards him – something we are working on. I’m pretty sure that someday he will outgrow her and the bossiness just might wear a little thin for him – ha!
She’s very adventurous, crafty and creative. She always wants to find and take the “hidden trail” when we hike. She’s definitely daddy’s girl. She loves to pretend – here they are playing pirates. She love, love, loves animals and is very good with them.
I missed showing you this shot – this past spring, Savannah’s number was 42, Hadden’s was 4 and John’s was 46 (he was 1st base coach). Someone math-minded in our house saw the math problem in their numbers :)
Psalm 34:3 Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together.
Savannah is such a sweetie pie! What a creative little gal...and tell her to keep up the bossiness. heehee...it's what a sister should do. :)
ReplyDeleteThey are really growing!! I know what you mean about passing her in highth. Aric just passed Oksana and she doesn't quiet know what to make of that fact!!! She is 16 and he is 12 and she has definitely been THE boss.
